Nice way to rock the party!

We used balloons in two ways. 1: inflate with normal air, tie and lay on the ground and 2: float over the street with helium. The balloons were powerful enough to fly and sway through the grass. However, balloons filled with helium did not fly for a long time (about 2 hours). The balloons glowed all night and are very easy to use. I would buy again but not as "floating balloons".
