At first I had doubts about the effectiveness of the foot bath. As a diabetic and a person who works long hours on my feet, my legs always hurt. I have used several water foot spas in the past to help relieve some of the aches and pains I am experiencing. When I received the steam room I was skeptical how it would work without a good bath. I was very surprised at how much better my feet felt after the first use and tried a few more times just to see how my feet felt. I am very happy with the relief and the cleansing is much better than traditional water baths. There is an easy-to-fill water tank that can be used more than once and an easy-to-empty drip tray. It is much easier and faster to use and maintain. My only issue is that the base has a hard edge that is uncomfortable on the back of my ankles. It could be the way I sit or the angle I use. Overall I really think this is an amazing tool for leg relief and health. Also, the medium heat setting is almost too high. So if you have any doubts about the capabilities of this heat, I don't think you will be disappointed.
