Many customers complain about the zippers in the cooling compartments and the Velcro fasteners, which make it difficult to attach them comfortably. They are NOT of great importance. The zippers on my device work perfectly and the velcro straps slide sideways easily. The Velcro is only used to hold the device in place when folding and storing. So if, like me, you keep your device open in the trunk all the time, you can even cut the velcro straps off altogether. In addition, this product appears to be good value for money, it's big enough to hold a lot of cargo and while it's light, it looks good enough to stand up to life in my trunk. My only complaint is that there are no loops on the bottom of the unit to attach to the cargo restraints in my trunk. Instead I used the handles on the sides and it seems to work fine.
