The one I received had no dead pixels but some bleed. His appearance was new and clean. I would have kept it if it weren't for the halos on top, although it wasn't very noticeable in normal use. The seller also told me that there is no manufacturer warranty, only through them 90 days. So consider buying a brand new 24GL650-b monitor, exactly the same monitor but with a better stand if you really need that monitor. I found that the new and better one is now only $20 more than this refurbished one.
