Bought because I was tired of constantly washing cloth napkins. It's great because they can be washed over and over again. (The only problem with wiping is that it is sometimes difficult to remove the residue from the napkin by simply wiping it with a sponge, as the residue settles in the meshes. In fact, most of the time you have to walk under water and they have to dry come out a bit as the water sticks to the cobwebs.) But honestly they are PERFECT for what I wanted and I love them!
