Review on 🔌 10 Must-Have Features & Reviews: BESTEK 1200W Power Inverter DC 12V to 110V AC Converter with Digital LCD Display + Dual USB Car Charger by Eric Dailey

I measured the no-load current at 0.78A but couldn't measure the peak current due to lack of funds. Unlike all other inverters, the peak current for this inverter is not listed anywhere, even in their very sparse manual. I've tried this on my fridge and it seems to work, but with some difficulties. I'm not sure if I should leave it or go back. I need more information as the specifications provided in the manual are not complete. So I emailed Bestek but they don't reply even though their card says "we're here to help". While I like the fact that the inverter is compact and easy to transport, I don't like the fact that it doesn't provide full specs including peak power, no-load current, etc., and that they don't respond to customer emails. That shows either their arrogance or carelessness, which I don't like. Their warranty is a year and a half but if they don't answer customers I don't know how to return it if it's defective. So I'm considering returning the item.
