First, the product and/or packaging smelled extremely of chemical fumes. It smells all over the ground floor of the house. Second, the product consists of many individual parts. Some of them are designed for different types of vacuum cleaners. You only use the parts you need for your brand. However, there are no instructions or diagrams or anything to help you figure out which is which. Third, the part that connected to my Dyson 10 fitted well. But the next part of the kit that was supposed to connect to the first one didn't fit. Return and Refund.
