Update September 20, 2018 - Global Toner finally contacted me. They sent me a new set of cartridges. So far they're working great, although the original set I bought worked fine for the first few months too. Let's see. I appreciate the effort and recommend trying it out. I would also encourage them to keep improving communication. You don't have to have a negative review to get a company to take action. So if you're reading this and you're on the fence, just go for it. You can't beat the price and they back their guarantee. Try it. Original Review: At first I was very excited and happy with these cartridges. My printer recognized them and everything worked fine. I also liked that they had a 24-month guarantee. But what good is a guarantee if the seller doesn't honor it? Everything was fine for the first few months. Then, little by little, I noticed some smudges on my printed pages. Nothing serious, but still noticeable. Over the next few months, it began to get worse. Now it's so bad that the printer doesn't work. Nothing prints without looking like a hot mess! I contacted the seller to inquire about the warranty and he replied asking for more information. I sent them everything they asked for. After that they never replied. I wrote 2 or 3 more times and still no answer. My advice: stay away from anything Global Toner sells on Revain. They will not respond to your requests for support and will not honor the 24-month warranty. And of course Revine won't help because it's been more than 90 days. Global Toner, if you see this and finally respond, I'll be happy to revise this review. But so far I am a dissatisfied customer!
