If only the shoulder straps were adjustable

I bought this vest after looking at all the other high visibility vests available from Revain. I just needed something to make me more visible when running at night, but I'm not a big fan of neon colors. I like the color scheme of this vest more and was very happy to try it. So, after a few runs with this vest, here's what I liked and hated about it: LOVES: - Stylish and efficient. The best from both worlds. Very light and highly reflective. Adjustable side straps at hips and waist. I love that it has a full zip and is not a sweater. No visible logos! Honestly, that's a big deal! - Did I mention noble? It has a very flattering fit. HATES: Almost all will be related to size and fit. Obviously not all will have these issues, but some may. For context, I'm a 5'8" female, about 250 pounds, with a 44DD bust. Overall, the vest fits me, but I've had intermittent problems when running. starts to bulk up. So much so that I run it constantly had to pull down. If I left it alone, it would ride right up to my bust. Not that I want it to reflect much when cars drive by. I pulled the adjustable straps all the way out, but also tried tightening them to see asked if that would help secure the vest Nothing helped - Vest material is fine but it slides Like a satin sheet For us ladies with larger bust sizes this type of vest shaped material starts to slide sideways as we run. The vest was trying so hard to do a 360 on my chest and it would have done the same if it wasn't for my hands, so now we have a problem with one chest being covered by the vest and the other just on Vered building melt. Now couple that with the fact that the bottom is also going up and you've essentially become a "failed" meme. And the reflective material could also be a flashing neon sign to attract attention. On the other side, the vest rolled up, magically transforming the back pocket into a side pocket that was much easier to access. Unzipping the zipper just below the chest helped the rotation a bit, but not completely. And unbuttoning this vest all the way isn't even an option, no matter the size, because it just slides off as you run. It's so slippery. I really wanted this vest to work for me because I really like the way it looks. It's also surprisingly hard to find running vests that are as reflective and/or non-neon colored. Best is to just place a stripe on the back or just put a reflective logo on it. Sometimes both, if you're very lucky. I don't want to be "kinda" seen, I want to be SEEN. This vest provides visibility for all headgear. But here's the thing. There is an extremely simple solution to at least one of my problems (lifting) and maybe another solution to another problem (twisting). I think one of the big reasons this vest kept getting taller is simply because it sits too high on my chest. If I could adjust the shoulder straps just a few inches, I think that would solve my problem. Without adjustable shoulder straps, the only solution would be to lengthen the vest itself. But adjustable shoulder straps seem to be the best option for all body shapes and sizes. While adjustable shoulder straps will likely suffice, the kink could theoretically be corrected by adding non-slip material on the inside. Maybe some silicone strips? Maybe something else. Anything as long as it helps with sliding. This also allows the vest to be worn fully unbuttoned without the risk of it slipping off the shoulders. Overall I decided to give this vest 4 stars because it is a great vest. I can't wear this due to my shape and size and those with smaller frames may not have the same experience as me. So it wouldn't be fair if I gave the vest a lower rating on that basis. However, I'm deducting a star for the lack of adjustable shoulder straps. Without them there can be no perfect vest. Such a minor change will be of great benefit to those who find the vest too high on the chest. The ability to adjust shoulder length, hip and waist measurements means the vest will fit more people, resulting in more sales and fewer returns. Literally add the same adjustable shoulder straps to the shoulders that are already on the hips and waist of this item and you have a five star vest.
