It was "serviceable" and I probably won't return it because of the price. It was a lot of tape for little money so can't complain too much. I make a lot of floral wreaths and glue the stems for aesthetics. One user was right that heat from your hands is necessary and requires patience to stick the tape, so slowly wrap the end and hold for a few seconds, rubbing back and forth to stick . It spins easily, which is very annoying. A higher quality tape, let's say Hobby Lobby, is definitely better, so I'll do that next time. The strap is very thin and breaks easily. I won't return it, but I won't buy it again either. New review: I ended up sending it back, I didn't use this tape to tie or fasten anything with any kind of support, it was just for aesthetic reasons as I said. I made about 8 wreaths with it and after 2 days the tape unwound. waste of time. You get a lot, but it's useless. I went to Joanne's and bought a higher quality tape that works great.
