I received my gray tie very quickly so the first thing that struck me was the delivery time for my order. Also, the quality of the fabric was excellent. This created a beautiful full knot on my tie. The only caveat I would like to add is due to my inattention to reading the description of the tie more closely. I accidentally ordered a "skinny" tie, definitely not my type. (I prefer my ties to be a quarter inch or maybe even half an inch wider.) Overall, I was very impressed with the products and service from this retailer. However, this was my fault.) Just make sure and double check exactly what width your order tie is!
