I bought this watch because I have developed a sensitivity to metals and found that I could no longer wear my old metal band watch. After trying different options I found a link to this watch. This has been suggested as a good solution for those with metal sensitivities as the leather strap covers the entire back of the watch. I ordered it for purely practical reasons and never expected the watch to look attractive as I assumed the leather back would look uncomfortable. I was so surprised and happy when it arrived. The leather back is subtle and by no means unattractive. Indeed, I think it's a very nice watch. I've had it for a few months now and it showed perfect timing, looked good and solved my metal sensitivity problem. Thank you Fossil for this wonderful product.
