Works well and is easy to install.

I needed something to hold up a very strong steel cornice and it worked great! I have not used plastic anchor bolts when drilling in hardwood. If you do the same, be sure to pre-drill a comparable sized pilot hole as the screw heads tend to chip off fairly easily. Will buy again!
