I was very excited to get these gaiters and I have to say the gaiters are awesome but the fringe gaiters weren't that good. Since the elastic band became more elastic, right The boot started to curl sideways and pulled the widest part backwards.The twisting started chafing it and I stopped using them altogether.However, the outer material is durable and easy to clean, and the horse I wore them on had very large windscreens (he recently retired from the mini prix) which could cause twisting. Twisting aside these are really good boots, especially for large warmbloods.
