It is so easy to use that my husband, who is not familiar with electronics, was able to figure it out and use it in seconds. Just a few minor flaws - the power button is small and difficult to press for those with large, clumsy fingers, the zoom doesn't work. So cool, you control the shaking, and if you speak out loud while recording, your voice will be heard clearly. But! these flaws mean nothing. This camcorder ticks all of our boxes and is used more than any other digital device. It's always ready, easy to use and the power source is easily accessible, reducing downtime to zero. We love it. It allowed us to capture a moment you'll never see again - our animals' interaction as they meet their new little brother for the first time! This should apply to any pet owner, new parent or grandparent. Never miss these precious moments again. It comes with its own software preinstalled so you can easily download it onto your computer and comes with audio/video cables for immediate viewing. It's really necessary!
