If you really need a phone mount because you work a lot and it will help you, then this is a great mount. The problem is that it takes up a hell of a lot of space and doesn't sit close to the monitor. The glue is strong, which is good, but it may come off a little after you stick it, and it's impossible to peel it back because of the strong glue. My knee hits the phone when I mount it from below and when I mount it on the left side I can't see it behind the wheel. If I mount it on the right, it will bother the passenger, if I mount it on top, it will block the side view. Difficult choice but good mount for Model 3
