This is a good quality hitch ball with a 5/8 inch shank. Fits many lawn tractors and zero-turn mowers without the need for a separate hitch. Most lawn mower clutch plates require a pair of shim washers to prevent the nut from threading onto the unthreaded portion of the shaft. Looks great and has two flats on the bottom of the ball that allow you to hold it to tighten.
