Sound quality is ok. I have to use an adapter to use this with an iPhone, so the adapter could be part of the problem. If the headphone jack in the adapter comes loose or moves in the wrong direction, it will ruin the sound. The sound quality isn't as good as my AirPods, but the advantage of wired headphones is that they don't need to be charged. This makes my ears ache after prolonged use (sometimes up to 8 hours at a time), but I'm pretty sure it happens with any heavy headphone use. They are very similar to Apple headphones. The volume buttons all work. I don't know if they have a mic as I didn't think to try or see it. I've found Apple in-ear headphones to break within a month or two after even minimal use, whether it's the part that goes in your ear or they just don't make any sound anymore, but this one Product withstands heavy use for months with no problems. I did notice slight damage to the grill that looks like it's stuck in your ear, but I think it's only cosmetic and doesn't ruin the sound. Just remember to clean them often. In terms of comfort, they're plastic in the ear, so they're uncomfortable but not painful either, unless you wear them for a very long time, as I mentioned. I will buy again if needed.
