Review on Biometric Wi-Fi electric lock on the door - HDcom SL-801 Tuya-WiFi - installation with left or right opening type by Adam Chyliski ᠌

A good balance of price/quality, recommend it.

In general, a good lock, but the fragility of the latch return mechanism is, to put it mildly, depressing - just overdo it with the closing force of the door and the latch spring will simply fly off the stop, after which the lock will stop closing automatically. Different pros: - Keeps low temperatures (if the battery compartment is warm) - You can control the lock via Wi-Fi through the application - When controlling the lock through the touch panel, there is a voice prompt in intelligible English Different cons: - Fingerprint sensor works intermittently - The touchpad reacts not only to fingers, but in general to any objects - If you accidentally touched the access card to the sensor, then you need to wait until the panel turns off - Flimsy lock latch return mechanism, implemented in the form of a spring
