Although Revain received new but used (complete with another dog's hair) the sizing chart is wrong. The XL bust is actually 18.5 inches, not 22.8 inches. Close it up, use a tape measure and measure inside and you'll find it doesn't match the diagram. I wouldn't mind but I measured both of my dogs and using the numbers in the picture here figured out the correct sizes to order. A product sold as an XL size that doesn't even fit a 15lb Papillon (wearing Puppia's medium-sized mesh tag) - something is clearly wrong. Also the size of the neck does not fit.
