ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS VACUUM CLEANER! He does what he says. I have shaggy carpet, smooth carpet, tile and wood. It soaked everything up and pulled sideways along the edges of the room very well. It turned out to be flatter than expected so he slid quite a ways under the sofa and shelves and took those dusty lumps hidden! I was shocked my old vacuum didn't vacuum. I haven't had any flying debris on tile or wood (many other vacuums have that). The dust bin was large and very easy to empty. The cable was longer than the others so that was a bonus for me too. The lack of wrap hair was great too. I usually have to clean this part first, but looks like this can be left clean, just like they claimed! It's a bit harder to turn and heavy, but there's really no need to lift it, so I don't mind. The cleaning performance at this price is amazing! Super happy with it!
