Do not recommend buying if you are using a case with a built in Apple Pencil slot - it will not fit. Also, the double-tap-to-erase function is not recognized because the silicone is too thick. Personally, a simple hand wipe will suffice, but if you rely on the double-tap feature, this particular case may hamper your use. I often take my sleeve off to load my pencil, so it's a bit loose. However, it can still be used. That's not bad. Using an Apple Pencil without a silicone case is definitely worse. But there are probably better options.
