So I bought this system in June 2020 and now it's June 2021. Real review. It works great for the most part, but the video playback is very slow when the storage is full and overwrites itself, so you can spend a lot of time playing videos on either the NVR or the phone app. Each time you press the date and time to watch the video, it takes up to 20-30 seconds. It's much faster if you clear the storage every month, but I don't like doing that and I really like the 45-day rollover feature. So if something happens and I need to review footage from the last 45 days, I can do that. The app is ok but in the iPhone app you can't fast forward a video and it's very annoying, you either scroll too far forward or back and it takes forever. The cameras are fine, two never reconnect, it doesn't matter if I align their antennas or use an extended range antenna. I've tried using the feature that lets you chain cameras to other cameras like a chain, but it doesn't make any difference to me. I live in a small 800 square meter house so they are not very far from the NVR. One camera is very pink, support sent me a new one but I didn't get around to it. In general everything is fine. system, but it's about time I look at other systems and maybe use POE so I don't have to worry about lost signals or lost frames.
