I got this gift because I loved running the trails and I loved it before my first test. The backpack has no actual pockets to store your belongings in. So if you run, everything will fall in, even the zippered area. So I ended up packing everything together with my bladder because that's the only bag that's safe (please pray there aren't any leaks). Well if that wasn't a deal breaker I figured there wasn't a backrest at all! This bag may suit some, but for me it was bad design all round
