You can't give away the nutcrackers

I ordered a nutcracker in the style of a Roman soldier. First of all, this isn't even an imitation nutcracker. There is no handle on the back (not even a non-working one) where the lever should be. Also where the Nutcracker's "chin" is, just a piece of silver band covering a large opening. It looks cheap and breaks easily and I'm sending it back.
