Unsafe vibration! Suitable for milling cutter

Attention buyers. I bought this piece to sculpt new kitchen cabinets. Used in a Bosch 1718 router installed on a Rockler router table. Set up a router table with a feather board to stabilize the soft maple lining. After installing the bit, I turned on the router and the table started vibrating. I adjusted the speed on the router to reduce vibration and started running the maple example. Knowing the size of the drill, I tried to take a VERY small piece of material, maybe 1/32 - 1/64 inch. The beat was pounding and vibrating making such horrible noises. I've never experienced that with other bits. I've checked my router's wiring, bit placement, and adjusted the speed both up and down to no avail. It was just dangerous! I've even tried softer materials like pine and MDF and the vibration and rattling was just as bad. I carefully examined the chisel and found that one of the two blades was not aligned with the chisel axis causing the chisel to be unbalanced and as a result vibrated and rattled. Of course I sent this nozzle back and will order Freud's nozzle instead. I have several other Yonico tips and while they aren't the best, they offer an affordable option and reasonable results for my purposes. As for the larger bits for crown casting and the bits for splints and plates, I'll stick with Freud.
