Exact replacement for the 5-lead capacitor for the Harbor Breeze ceiling fan.

When my ceiling fan suddenly turned on, I thought the switch must be defective. I ordered Switch (Topbuti Ceiling Fan Switch 3-Pack 3 Speed 4-Wire Zing Ear ZE-268S6 Fan Circuit Switch Replacement Ceiling Fan Speed Controller Wall Lights Cabinet Light Multicolor) and proceeded to replace it and discover that it is a burnt capacitor was. It was easy to install, I took a picture of the wiring with my phone to make sure I connected the capacitor to the switch correctly. I replaced the switch at the same time as the fan is about 10 years old.
