The fans work very well and comes with all the accessories to connect them. They seem to be moving a lot of air and the blue LEDs are quite bright, even more so than the blue LED fan that came with my case from the factory. These fans will not fit the NZXT Phantom case as the hole spacing does not match the door or top dots). The fans needed should be 193mm hole spacing (still a 200mm fan) but I couldn't find them. I knew all this before I ordered them, so it's not a problem. I ordered them and drilled 4 new holes to fit properly. With a little time and patience everything worked out. In this case, the plugs go directly into the standard wiring harness/fan control without additional adapters.
