I really wanted them to work. The foam itself is of very good quality. The glue seems to be good too. My problem is that this is the underlay of the layer you map your tools to. Paper is pure garbage. Not a single piece of the substrate lies flat, bumps and bumps everywhere. Because of this, you can't place tools on it to track it. Then comes the tracking tools part. In that regard, this material is very useless, I've never used anything that can turn a felt tip pen into a dry erase marker. You can literally use a marker and hand wipe the house later. I've tried creating a surface to write on with pens, pencils, and tape, and it comes off. Nothing I found works with this tracking paper. It's also very smooth, making it almost impossible to keep what you're tracing in place to get a decent outline. If you have the patience to continue after fixing the tracking issue and holding the tools in place and you get to a point where you can cut through the material, using a Dremel tool will give a nicer cut , but almost finished making the paper impossible to tear off. the back. Using an X-acto blade will make tearing the paper easier, but your cutouts will most likely end up looking like childish drawings of your tools and somewhat fun to look at. My tool box is shipped all over the world for my work, I needed something that would give me good results. This product might not have had it for the company's choice of base material. Given the price of this stuff, it's not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who needs good clean cuts and doesn't have access to a CNC machine. Support is literally a showstopper for me.
