This is 5 stars from me despite the call that should have been replaced with the one we hear. I like these collars because they solved our problem with detachable collars that wouldn't stay on. We always find our pet cat collars around the house. Knowing that cats can run away makes this a big problem. They're chipped, but I want them to stay connected to their badge and tracker at all times. The breakaway lock on these collars is harder to break, but will surely disengage with the force required to trigger an emergency. I also appreciate the rounded, zippered ears and cat face. Some have pointed ears that are easy to trim so as not to damage the kitten's neck, but these rounded ears make this unnecessary. I didn't notice any difference in the smallest collar size (they are 7 inches, the others I bought are 7.5 inches). I had to make it as small as possible for my 6 month old kitten who is quite small for her age and is still a little loose at the moment.
