It took me 2 weeks to figure out what was biting me all over my back, chest, thighs and thighs. I shared my time at home and with my mother (due to COVID-19). I thought it was my mother's bed where the bugs bit me. We threw away her bedding, sprayed her room many times and vacuumed twice a day. However, they kept biting me. It wasn't until it dawned on me that maybe the problem was coming from my bed (I spent 3 nights at home and 4 nights a week at my mom's). I recently bought this mattress topper because I liked another one I bought in 2017. I started looking at a NEW mattress topper and noticed 2 mistakes! It's not surprising that everyone bit me, some bugs obviously started in the topper. I bought it in mid-May but didn't sleep on it 3 nights a week until the end of May. Unfortunately, I didn't discover the errors until June 14th and the return period ended on June 12th. It's a practical topper, but this block that I received was clearly rotten or subject to some sort of fault in the warehouse. I'm covered in bite marks that I hope will go away. I haven't slept on it since the 9th and there have been no new bites.
