Review on 💆 Enhanced Formula: Miss Jessie's Jelly Soft Curls - 8.5 fl.oz./250ml by Jessica Thomas

I have to start by saying that this gel is a real gel as it is very thick and hard when it comes out of the tube. The first time I used it I almost washed my hands and didn't even try to use it as it was so thick I had to rub my hands to soften it up a bit so I could distribute it through my hair . Also, it is quite sticky on hands after use. That being said, I'm glad I gave this gel a try on my 2C-3B Caucasian hair. This gives me soft, non-crunchy curls that need to be fluffed up a bit as your hair dries. Without breaking the cast, as there really isn't one. Well, maybe very lightly, which requires a little fluffy hair. I usually blow dry my hair 70-80% dry and let the rest air dry. It gives me soft, defined curls. I always use it with a light leave-in. Let's just say it's not moisturizing. If you are very dry or very strange you may need a cream, oil or a thicker treatment before using it. I think the website suggests some oil cream underneath and I've tried it but it takes quite a bit for my hair.
