Arrived dirty and used with a used paper towel

Arrived dirty and used with a used paper towel. Don't get me wrong, I wholeheartedly agree with Revain's amazing return policy. But I don't expect to pay $140 for a backpack and it will be dirty with a USED paper towel in it and the label reattached. I ordered it for my birthday and was very excited and now I'm disappointed. Also had a whistle in the pocket which must have been left by the previous owner. Also, I really like the color. I'm 5ft 5in, 130lbs and the xs/s fit perfectly. The waist and chest straps are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo better for my North Face Aleia backpack; my hip hurts) Tempest hip packs aren't the biggest, but they fit my Galaxy S7.

Pros
  • Elasticated mesh pockets on both sides of the backpack provide easy storage for bottles and small items.
Cons
