It's light and has fans, but the fan seems to hit something. Basically it's no rest for my laptop in the dock. The question I also asked is "Anyone else have a constant ticking fan noise?" How can I contact the company about this? I believe the 1 star rating that I can change later is the easiest way. ***Edit: After a week or two, anything that's ever bumped into anything else (maybe a fan blade) that makes a ticking noise will probably be worn enough to not make a noise, so it's pretty quiet now. Still, a 1 or 2 star rating is probably appropriate, and I think a 1 star would bring more attention to both the rating and the issue. so i go
