I like that they are able to quickly get started with our project. They have been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The pricing is fair, but not cheap. We have had to go back and forth several times trying to negotiate a better price. Our current rate is $1.50 per 1,000 characters. This is a little high for a small business. Our team has been working together since we first got started with them in June of this year. They are still learning our system and how we work. We are currently using them for our email marketing platform.
