I used to order from this company when my daughter needed a portable unit and was very happy at the time. I needed another one for the office and ordered it ahead of the current heat, it arrived quickly in 2 days and it's actually better than the previous one. It's easy to set up, looks great, and more importantly, works great. Even when working at a high level, it is quite quiet. I see it's sold out right now so I'm glad I ordered before the heat came on when everything was sold out. It's pretty heavy with all the packaging, so get help if you need it. I opened it up on my front door and got through pretty easily.
