I decided to write a review to help anyone trying to connect this lamp to their WiFi. I have Google WiFi and Google Home Hub and with a little extra work I was able to get it to follow voice commands. First, Google WiFi doesn't have two separate instances to connect to. For example, other routers have "My Network-5G” and only "My Network” (this is your 2.4GHz band. I needed two smartphones, one with mobile tethering capability. Steps below: 1) Turn off the router . 2) Turn on the mobile modem on the phone with data. 3) Name the modem network the same as your home network and use the exact same password. 4) Launch the Lampux app on your phone. 2.5) Select "Key Illumination" in the app. 6) Press and hold the timer button on the lamp for 5 seconds. 7) In the application, enter the password for the Wi-Fi network. It should cycle through the download bar and let you know about the connected device. In theory, you can turn off the modem at this point and turn your normal WiFi back on. After that I followed the instructions in the Google Home app to connect the Lampux service to Google Home and so far everything has worked. As for the rating of the lamp, I really like it so far. It shouldn't be that difficult to set up
