Don't waste your time or money

Update February 21, 2020 : Revain's customer service is amazing. Audio360 is an absolute joke. Voxx International, the manufacturer, should be banned from listing its products on Revain. My reversible remote control ripped on the inside after about 2 weeks. No external damage, physical abuse, etc. I have contacted Audio360 twice, about a month apart, and I have not responded to any of them. Revain's customer service has been incredible throughout the process. I have contacted Voxx to make a warranty claim or to purchase a new remote control. They asked for photos which I provided. After looking at the photos, I was told that this was "apparent physical abuse" of the product. If the outer "glass" of the screen is soft enough to allow internal damage without external damage, I would call it a manufacturing defect. 7 or 8 emails fast forward and their rep tells me I can only buy a new remote for $90 plus tax and shipping. Absolute garbage product. I'm sending it back to them to keep and buy a DEI product.———————————— Pretty simple instructions for someone who used to do this for a living. If you have no experience with 12V automotive systems I would not recommend doing it yourself. Be sure to follow the tachometer programming instructions! The two way remote control LCD screen is already cracked and my keys don't see the bullying. It is best to hang it low and away from other keys, or keep it on a separate ring.
