Plug and play is not. I have no idea how it got 4 stars with all the issues I've had on both Windows 10 and Windows 7. It's terribly inconsistent. It sometimes hits 22MB/s on Steam updates and then drops to zero for a minute or two before reconnecting and running incredibly fast. Knowing that this can happen quickly makes blackouts/dips to zero extremely annoying. I need to pair it with another, much older Linksys wireless adapter to make sure I don't lose the connection. Reading other reviews mentioning an insane amount of hoops to jump through to get it working is mind boggling. Don't sell a product if it doesn't work.
