I bought a pair of these for my wife for Christmas. After the first charge, they worked great paired with a smartphone. Bought a second pair. Then we couldn't get them to reload. Tried multiple chargers, both computer and wall. Nothing. The receiving unit has not been activated. I returned it for a refund from Revain. Unfortunately, I also bought a pair. I had exactly the same problem. I kept trying to fix bugs and when I gave up it was too late to go back to Revain. Well, at least you have a pair of headphones. Not really, the cable is so short it's useless if you don't have an mp3. player or smartphone up to the chin.
