Spend the extra money on a better parcel shelf.

It was a terrible design. The plastic sleeves were too small for a baseball ticket, the caps kept falling off, and the metal bracket over the door was about 1/2 inch too big so the counter didn't fit the door properly. The developer may want to rebuild it. On the other hand, it may be ok for a child's hat, but not for an adult. If you're using it for a baby hat, think of another way to hang it too. Maybe perforated board or even screwed to a door or wall.
