I buy men's shirts to wear as undershirts or overshirts simply because they fit me better than a women's shirt. I ordered it as a shirt. It's the perfect loose fit. If I wanted a very tight fit, a medium would be appropriate. So this is the right size for plus size men depending on how it fits me. A sleeveless design would look great on a muscular body. The shirt is a little thinner than some of the other shirts I have. It's also a slightly less silky feel. It doesn't sacrifice functionality though, and it certainly looks and feels great to me. Made in Vietnam from 100% Polyester. The inner label is a bit long so I had to cut it out. I wash it in a laundry bag and hang it to dry.
