Some seemed to be missing the rubber compression sleeve. The little plastic fingers that surround this hub and allow the nut to spin over it without catching it are VERY THIN. Be sure to protect them. Even with a fairly large OD 10/3 SOOW wire, these fittings were a little oversized. Use heat shrink tubing to thicken the wire for a snug fit. Or, if you don't have one, I think duct tape will do. At $10 for a set (10), I can't complain.
