Faulty product Best in Portable Speakers & Docks
We received a NAXA speaker as a gift. Within six months the loading mechanism failed. I contacted the company and they will not stand up for their product. They ask for a receipt and only give 12 months warranty on products. Don't give away NAXA product if there is any problem, the support team will not help you. Very disappointing. The speaker is now on its way to the junkyard.
