Tight sleeves are good for work
Lark & Ro dresses have small tight sleeves. The sleeve circumference of the XL size is the same as that of the medium size dress. I've bought several dresses from Lark & Ro and they all had this issue. Otherwise everything is right with the dress: material, length, cut everywhere except on the hands.
