I was suffering from Morton's Neuroma and needed an insole in my shoe to fix it. While these insoles do relieve pain, they are too concentrated in their design and don't have enough cushioning to avoid direct pain from the insoles themselves. To solve this problem I had to add extra padding around the inserts to dissipate the insole's force on my foot. If you need a concentrated lift then they will suit you otherwise you have the same problem as me.
