I was happy with everything except that I had to have the touch buttons, which are quite annoying while you're on the go. They "leave" quite effortlessly and reconnect just as smoothly, which is why active noise reduction would be awesome; nonetheless, it's a shame that it isn't. Reasons to be optimistic: thanks a lot I can deal with the volume. They nearly never disconnect, which brings up a lovely side point about the charger-power bank (you can't charge the box for very long) (except that in the metro in a big crush I can occasionally get lost) Contrast the following: To operate, push the buttons into your ear canals. I can only listen to music for four hours before the headphones die. There is no sign of a typical charging process (they are cut down a couple of minutes after the warning about the low charge of the headphones) The left earpiece stopped charging properly, so you can't simply plug them in. You have 3 minutes to shamanize and try to find the "right" position. Frustrating =/
