Plates are difficult to remove

The panels are difficult to remove and there are no instructions on how to remove the existing panel so this was a problem from the start. After finally removing the included platter and putting it on top of the platter, I wanted it to work well. I'm glad I bought it but if it breaks I won't buy it again, at least not this one.
