I bought this for my son who has T1D. This vest was a great support during training. It's perfect for running, hiking, biking or just going for a stroll. He stays hydrated, has easy access to gel packs in his front pockets, other snacks to tuck in his back along with glucagon, and he can keep his CGM and phone handy. The only downside, he says, is that you can't over-tighten the straps or it becomes difficult to breathe, which is why it bounces around a bit. He said it bounces a lot less than other packs he's tried and gave it 5 stars without hesitation! Knowing he's moving his body and staying safe is reassuring!
