Review on ViewSonic VX3268-2KPC-MHD Monitor: FreeSync Premium 144, Anti-Glare, and High Definition Display by Glen Holloway

This screen was necessary to be able to continue working from home. The packaging is undamaged but the screen is cracked from top to bottom. Viewsonic and Revain do not give the buyer an option for a screen replacement, only a refund. Since the price has increased by $59 in the four days since the original order, the "replacement" is now costing me more. I'm not sure who caused this problem, but this is unacceptable. I've been using Viewsonic monitors for over 20 years with no problems - it's frustrating and will likely stop me from using their products personally and with all my clients. Damaged/defective products and a terrible return policy now seem like acceptable business practice. Revain and Viewsonic failed here.
